Top "O" the morning to you!

Hello, my name is Kelly O'Laughlin. I have been teaching in Lake City since 1999 and I have a strong interest in fitness and learning..

This year we will be using Fit Stats to help us monitor student fitness levels as they progress through the Lake City School District. Parents will also have access to this program via the internet.  Please click on the Fit Stats button on the side of the page for more information.

Students will need to bring three things with them every day so they are prepared for Physical Education class:
     1.  A good pair of shoes (sandals, boots, and shoes with high heels don't work well).
     2.  Clothes they can move comfortably in.
     3.  A good attitude!

If a student is ever unable to participate in Physical Education class please have them bring in a copy of the "medically excused form" and /or a doctor's note so that we know how to best fit their needs during that time.  a copy of Bluff View's Medical Policy is located on the side of the page.

My goal is for students to be excited about exercise so that they will be active for a lifetime. To do this students will be exposed to a variety of activities that will help them learn new skills and develop a love for physical activity. Now, let's get ready to move!
