Spring 2018 Online Activities/Athletic Registration
Parents are highly encouraged to follow this process online. If parents choose come to the Activities Office to register their child, a laptop or computer will be available for registration. Fees can also be paid online.  If you prefer to pay by check (written to ISD 813) or cash can be dropped off at the Activities Office.

If you have questions contact Adam @ 345-2850.

Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered. 

IMPORTANT:  You must register your child for each season (Step 3).
You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.
Step 1: All students who plan to participate in athletics must have a physical examination every 3 years.  Per state law and the MSHSL, physical examinations that expire result in immediate ineligibility until a new physical examination has taken place.  Physical examinations must be performed by a duly registered physician, physician's assistant or nurse practitioner.  Athletes WILL NOT be allowed to participate without having a physical exam in good standing.  
All documentation should be submitted to the Activities office.  You can get the blank Physical Form here.
Step 3:  Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form here (includes all forms in one).
Step 4:  Pay your User Fee online.

Once you complete these steps, you are registered and can fully participate in the Lake City Activities/Athletic programs.

Start Dates for Seasonal Registration: 

  • Fall Activities - July 1
  • Winter Activities - October 1
  • Spring Activities - February 1
Activities/Athletic Fees:
  • 7th & 8th grade: $75
  • 9th -12th grade: $95
  • Adapted Bowling, Math League, One Act Play & Speech: $25
  • All School Play, Robotics, Band/Choir: No Fee Required
Family Cap: 
  • When you meet the family cap of $340/family per school year, please do not complete the online payment.  Call the Athletic/Activities office at 651-345-2850 if you have any questions regarding the Family Cap.
