Once summer rec sign up starts, you will also need to turn in a rec form for each child.
Registered families: Please print and fill out items 3-5 and bring to Tiger time
1. Online Registration form filled out (under Tiger Time Registration)
2. Registration fee ($20 per child, $50 cap per family)
3. Rec form (1 per child)
4. June calendar (1 per family) Due by May 20th.
5. Copy of your child's immunization record
Drop in families:
Online Registration must be filled out prior to your student attending drop in care and an immunization record. Please inform Tiger Time of your families needs, and we will let you know if space is available.
