Lincoln High School has made the Washington Post Challenge Index for the third straight year! This year, Lincoln High School is one of 29 Minnesota Schools to make this list!

National Merit Scholars
Two National Merit Scholars named for competition in class of 2014: Johanna Ender and Cort McElemury

Concert Band - Superior Ratings
The Senior Concert Band received 3 superior ratings at MSHSL large group band festival.

Jazz Band Jazz studies program saw our largest student numbers in the past 11 years with 84 participating musicians in grades 7-12.

School Board Scholars
Lincoln had 53 School Board Scholars this year!

Socratic Challenge Scholars
29 Seniors (about 1/3 of the senior class) earned this prestigious recognition!

Math volunteer program sees great success! Now have 5-6 consistent volunteers coming into Basic Algebra, Math 7, GRAD Math, and Basic Geometry classes.

97% of Choir Solo/Ensemble participants received an Excellent or Superior rating. 2 received perfect scores (Brandy Geolat and Ellyn Dankers).

FFA State: Meats team: Liz Lee, Missy Gerken, Paige Krueger, Emily Cordes and Ashley Brinkman - silver team. Poultry team: Emily Moechnig, Allison Harvey, Victoria Leonard and Colton Heins - gold team rating at state. Small Animal team: Robyn Spano, Alissa Waller, Melanie Heitman and Maddie Breuer - gold team rating at state

Technology Academy
110 Teachers from four schools participated in the 2012 Tech Academy attending 368 sessions! Session evaluations were positive.

Tiger PRIDE Days
First year implementation of Tiger PRIDE Days a success!

State BPA
Brandy Geolat and ... qualified for state BPA!

State Dance
The Tiger Dance Team placed 4th at the State Tournament this past winter!

State Wrestling
Tiger wrestlers, Will Balow (1st), and Shane Siewert (5th) qualified for the state wrestling tournament! Congrats to State Champion, Will Balow, who won the 182 lb weight class!

Football - Conference Champions!
The Lincoln High School Football team won the HVL (Gold) conference title this season. The Football team was also the section 1AAA runner up!

State Tennis Tournament
Amy Orthaus, Katie Wallerich, and Allison Harvey qualified for the State Tennis Tournament this past fall.

State Cross Country Tournament
Carston Damman qualified for the state cross country tournament in the fall of 2012. Carston also earned academic all-state!

College Credits Earned
Lincoln Seniors (Class of 2012) earned approximately 722 college credits during their high school career! These credits came from out two concurrent college courses, eight Advanced Placement courses, and multiple CLEP exams given!
