2023 Practice Schedules:
All JV and Varsity Practices will be held at Underwood starting Monday, August 14th for Assessments
All JH practices will be held at Buffview fields starting Tuesday, August 15

Pre-Season:
Captains Practice (all grades): Tuesday and Thursday Nights, Underwood Park, 7:00 – 8:30 PM (through August 10)
Pick-Up Soccer (all grades and genders): TBD

Summer Schedule (August 14* – September 2):
Varsity and Junior Varsity: Monday – Friday, 5:30-7:30 PM (Underwood)
Junior High: Monday – Friday, 5:30 – 7:30 PM (Bluffview)
*Note: 9-12th grade starts Monday August 14th, 7-8th grade starts Tuesday, August 15th.

Morning Conditioning Practice: Monday – Friday, 8:00-9:30 AM, August 15 – Sept 2, 2023
*Note: All levels will be welcome, but the intensity will be at the Varsity level
*Note: Tuesdays and Thursdays will be weight training at the Lincoln Weight Room

School Schedule: (Tuesday, September 5 – end dates differ by team)
Varsity/JV: Monday – Friday, 3:45-5:45 PM (Underwood Park)
Junior High: Monday – Friday, 3:45-5:45 PM (Bluffview)

Conditioning (Mandatory for Varsity): Wednesdays 4:00 – 4:30 PM (Jefferson Gym)

Water Bottles (Required)

• Water in jugs will not be available at practices or games.
  • Practice: Water bottles as needed for recuperation during practice.
  • Games: Recommending 1-2 water bottles filled as needed.  Water bottles may NOT be shared between players.

Shin Guards (Required)
Must meet the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) specifications.

Shoes

• Start wearing them now, so they are broken in by the first day of practice
• Must be soccer-specific cleats (vs. Football/Baseball cleats)

Masks (Optional)

• Players are not required to wear a mask at practices or games.
  • We recognize that some families will continue to require their own player to use a mask and that’s fine.  It is currently up to the discretion of parents as to whether or not their players wear a mask to/from practice or during games.
