Technology/iPad Deployment and Online Fees to complete iPad paperwork/fees and view the iPad Deployment Calendar. You can also click on the following Link: iPad Deployment and Online Fees. All fees and iPad paperwork must be completed before students can receive their iPad. iPad Deployment will be based on Last Name this year and will occur on the following dates and times:
Lake City Public Schools has implemented Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) for staff development since 2009. PLC's at the high school have teachers collaborating in teams of 5-7 teachers and focus on data collection, goal setting, action plans, curricular discussion, assessment protocols, and more.
Teachers in PLC's meet once/month for two hours on a scheduled 2-hour late start. PLC's have been instrumental in many of the strong academic results we have recently seen in Lake City.
